Festive Fun for Watford Mencap Members
On the 28th December Watford Mencap members enjoyed a festive party at the Old Town Hall. The party was organised by a group of staff from VocaLink, who wanted to bring some Christmas cheer to those who may have been alone over the holiday period.
Members of Watford Mencap enjoyed a game of pin the tail on the donkey, a New Years card competition, ladies were treated to having their nails painted and everyone enjoyed dancing to Christmas music.
Ben from VocaLink said “it was a great day out and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, including the staff! Cant wait until next year!” Maddy from VocaLink added “very pleased to be part of such a fun filled day which was enjoyed by all, I am glad we were able to support such a great event.”
