Could you spare an hour to volunteer with the Learning Disability Team?
The Customer Service Team are looking for some volunteers to assist with web testing being carried out on the hertsdirect web pages.
The team are looking for users with disabilities, and also older people, to spend an hour testing a few everyday tasks on web pages so they can see how easy or difficult they are to use, and where improvement is needed.
The sessions are very relaxed, with free cake on offer to all volunteers!
Sessions will be held at County Hall on:
Thursday 16th January
Thursday 23rd January
Wednesday 29th January
